Terms and Conditions for Hiring and Returning a Rent Doll

1. **Booking and Rental Period**

   - The Renter agrees to hire the doll for the specified rental period as agreed upon at the time of booking.

   - The rental period begins on the date of collection and ends on the date of return as specified in the booking confirmation.

  -  Payment will be required in full using our Stripe Link provided.

    2. **Damage Deposit**

   - A damage deposit of £99 will be required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages to the doll during the rental period.

   - The damage deposit will be held by the rental service for up to 7 days following the return of the doll, pending a satisfactory inspection.

    3. **Damage Assessment**

   - Upon return of the doll, a thorough inspection will be conducted by the rental service to assess for any damages.

   - If the doll is returned in the same condition as when hired, the damage deposit will be released back to the Renter within 7 days.

   - If damages are identified, the rental service reserves the right to retain all or a portion of the damage deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.

    4. **Damage Charges**

   - In the event of damages exceeding the amount of the damage deposit, the Renter will be responsible for covering the additional costs of repair or replacement.

   - The Renter agrees to pay any outstanding charges for damages within a specified period as determined by the rental service.

    5. **Returning the Doll**

   - The Renter must return the doll in the same condition as when hired, with all accessories and components included.

   - Late returns may result in additional fees as specified by the rental service.

    6. **Cancellation Policy**

   - Cancellations must be made within a 48hours as outlined in the booking confirmation to be eligible for a refund.

   - Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the payment.

    7. **Indemnification**

   - The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental service from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the hire of the doll.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Renter acknowledges their responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the doll during the rental period and agrees to comply with all provisions outlined herein.
